Who We Are
We are a mind wellness service that offers guided meditations, mindfulness coaching and personal growth mentoring.
Having frequently suffered from work based stress and anxiety for over ten years I decided to finally do something about it. Having tried and practised various techniques I discovered that meditating and adopting a mindful approach to life was the way forward and haven’t looked back. After discovering the positive impact that practising mindfulness and meditating had on both my work and day to day life I realised I wanted to help others learn this way of life and started McPherson Meditation.
In our classes we use a combination of ancient traditional mediations and modern day mindfulness skills that your team, colleagues and students will quickly see the benefits from.
We tailor our classes to the corporate, creative and sports sectors as well as working with students and teachers in schools. Focusing on helping people manage workload, increase productivity, manage stress and improve personal wellbeing.

We always try and visit your location and do in-person classes. However if this is not possible we can easily send you a meeting link and do classes online via a video call.
