*It is important to note that should someone feel their anxiety, depression or any other mental health condition is taking over their life and becoming hard to manage they should see a doctor. Mindfulness and mediation can help in their reduction but should always be practised alongside the advice from trained medical professionals.
Life Coaching and Mentoring
Whether it is at work, in the classroom or just at home having a Life Coach or Mentor (we prefer the word mentor) can help a person figure out and achieve their goals as well as making positive changes to their life. We will never tell someone what they need to do or offer personal advice. We work together with the client to help them discover their goals and what’s needed to achieve them.
The main benefits clients can take away from these sessions are improved self confidence and self-esteem, help focussing on the task at hand (this is personal and changes from person to person) and gives clients a clear goal to work towards.
These sessions should not be considered as therapy and should someone feel they require therapy they should seek help from a trained professional therapist. All sessions are strictly confidential between mentor and student / client.
